Okay, this month went by in a flash, I feel like I scrolled away through it completely and I feel kind of weird about it! The year is over now, and many things happened which you can see on my weeknotes. But well, let’s go through the media I enjoyed during December!
The format here is now super simple. After all, I gotta enjoy the celebrations!
Podcasts
Most of the same honestly, can’t really say a lot, the amount of time I listened to podcasts this month is the lowest ever! I preferred to sleep to music pretty much every night.

Movies
Revisited an all time great, this time in black and white, a new to me movie where Robin Williams shines as bright as ever before, and the new 3 hour long blockbuster that Cameron did. Not enough but definitely good all of them.
- Godzila Minus One Minus Color - PERFECTION, simply PERFECTION.
- Dead Poets Society - Loved like 90% of it but man it hurts.
- Avatar: Fire and Ash - New antagonist was cool, action too.
Gaming
This month was mostly filled with weekend multiplayer games, I did play some retro titles on my Anbernic from time to time, but I tried to focus on Silksong, I won’t beat it this year, but it’s not bad at all. None of these games are finished.
- Hollow Knight Silksong - Beat final boss, unlocking new things.
- Nintendo Switch Sports - Golf, bowling, games with friends.
- Vampire Survivors - A new addition to the rotation, 4-player is fun!
- Mario vs Donkey Kong - Still completing levels
- Metroid: Zero Mission - Started it on a whim on Switch online.
- TMNT Shredder’s Revenge - Some stages with friends.
- Final Fantasy IV - Finally grinded a bit more.
- Final Fantasy VI - Just progressing and reached a new city.
- Apotris - A Tetris clone revisited.
- Astro Boy: Omega Factor - Almost finished.
- Ridge Racer 2 - The 1 on 1 races are pain.
- Full Metal Furies - New world and new enemies.
- Ultimate Chicken Horse - Multiplayer mayhem.
- Spelunky - Same as the above.
Manga
Lots of manga! The return of a super fun romcom, as well as a that gambling/action one, and mostly sticking with the ongoing series I follow.
- My Wife is from a Thousand Years Ago - Read lots, I want a wife I gues.
- Chainsaw Man - Crazy, simply crazy.
- Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End - Action and thrilling and magic.
- Blue Lock - Mostly fluff before the next match.
- Usogui - End of an arc at last.
Reading
Oh well, next year will be the good one! I haven’t finished it, nor have I started what I wanted to read.
- Exit Strategy - Going through chapter 6.
